Soon anons I may be a petite bourgeois business owner. A significant opportunity has been given to me, due to a bourgeois childhood friend. I've been telling myself I'll be a good class traitor, by god I'm basically Engels. Deep down I know this is a ruse to myself, I know when the comfortable life comes I'll get complacent. I'll tell myself its only a little exploitation for today, "oh it'll be a few good Years then I'll be that valent class traitor". I'll probably get a partner and bourgeois friends. I'll have life long security in my hands, with my relationship and social life EVERYTHING to lose. I'll always know one bad business move, one act of traitorousness, it'd be over I'd lose it all back to a lonely prole and a live of suffering.

Thing is I hate my life, I hate what it is doomed to be as a prole. I have come to my biggest challenge as a Marxist. It is easy for me to fight for the proletariat as a proletariat. Should I sacrifice the comfort and joy in my life so I don't get deradicalized? With the state of the Western proletariat, they'd spit on me for wanting to support the proletariat as a petite bourgeois this is how cucked they are. We are years and decades away from the left (if ever) coming back, the material conditions haven't collapsed enough for us to be relevant. Why should I sacrifice my life for a prole that cheers on being cucked. I'll always know the failures of capitalism as it falls and collapses I'll know every reason why. I feel confident that when the choice is fascist vs socialist in the street's I can be a class traitor then. Anons I want you to give me one good reason not to suck every faucet dry of capital until then.

Why do polyps come here? Boredom? Loneliness? Not enough parental attention? An insecurity in their own ideology?

Honestly, I think it’s because the little bastards won’t ever get this kind of discourse with their stupid friends. Maybe they’ll spam infographics and spew memes, but there’s no substance. You aren’t left with something to think about or to meditate on and eventually everything becomes stale. Here, people cite sources and statistics or even synthesize new arguments for them. The Polyp then doubles their pleasure when they can cut it all apart with what they think is a witty rejoinder. There’s a kinetic joy for them in that. And sure, as a member of this cite it can be fun to just keep the chain flowing, but you eventually run out of juice yourself, because what you respond to isn’t actually that mentally stimulating.

I’ll put it this way: the most frustrating thing for a polyp is when you either dismiss them out of hand or if you agree with them and say “so what?” Because that’s denying them that novel stimulus which they crave. Worse, it makes them have to paise and even think for once.

Characteristics of polyps IRL:
