Item 1
Recreate the /roulette/ board. "Not generally to churn out boards from roulette, but, the board over all is good conceptually and was well received on bunkerchan during its short life span. It would be a good community building concept, too, and keep things fresh from time to time: We can throw around new ideas for boards monthly, or, also, keep cycling various boards that might not get as much attention as other boards."

This thread is there to compile every vote that has ended whether they passed or failed and whether they were implemented or not.

Votes that have passed
<Implemented :
>>>/assembly_archive/1 - Create an /assembly_archive/ to which we would transfer closed and implemented vote and bumplocked proposal threads so the /assembly/ board is always showing current votes.
>>>/assembly_archive/29 - Allow posts about Infra and Haz in a dedicated Infrared thread or in /IG/ ONLY, posts about them elsewhere in /leftypol/ will be removed, repeat offenders may face bans and other actions. If an Infrared thread is disallowed by the other vote, posts will be allowed in /IG/ ONLY.
>>>/assembly_archive/31 - The current thread will be bumplocked if this thread is passed and no more will be allowed. As per >>29 Infrared related content will be allowed only in the /IG/ thread.
>>>/assembly_archive/47 - Have a dedicated visual-media content-creator general thread that includes any visual-media by content-creators that deal with philosophy, political economy, and politics that is not overtly/explicitly right wing.
>>>/assembly_archive/38 - Create a /music/ board for music related discussion and archiving of leftist music. Also move over relevant threads from /hobby/ to provide a starting point for the board.
>>>/assembly_archive/63 - As an experiment in user involvement/accountability, we will try to run a public mod chat on matrix alongside our normal closed matrix mod chat. We agree to give an honest attempt to use the public chat for administrative matters that do not need to be kept secret for security or privacy reasons. However, if the experiment turns out not to work (as informally agreed by the majority of mods) we will reserve the right to return mod discussion exclusively to our existing closed chat.
Regular users will be allowed to post in the public mod discussion, however their posts must strictly remain on the subject of moderation matters, and the chat should not be used as a 'general purpose' discussion, so that mod matters are not lost in a flood of irrelevant posts. Users who become too disruptive (as defined by the moderators) may be warned or kicked/banned from the chat.
>>>/assembly_archive/70 - Vote: Approve this version of the constitution (which is now split into a constitution and manifesto for legibility as one only applies to moderators) as the foundational documents governing leftypol.org and the /leftypol/ community as a whole. Within reason users and moderators should attempt to adhere to the provisions herein in their work and both documents will be shared openly with the community. This decision does not preclude future additions to or revisions of the constitution or manifesto.
>>>/assembly_archive/95 - ''Vote: We should recruit new mods as soon as possible.
P.S. The modality of the recruiting process is to be agreed upon after this vote (if it passes) and not the object of this vote.''
>>>/assembly_archive/110 - Vote:
Seeing that now Brazilians are the fifth demographic in leftypol.org and that their dedicated thread is seeing more and more use with more and more new people coming and that some Brazilians have expressed the desire of having their own imageboard non-filled with rightoids and gusanos; we should publicly and in official capacity ask in the /brg/ >>>/leftypol/112887 what they think about the idea of giving them a board in leftypol.org which would be moderated by their own community and gauge if there is a minimum of demand for it to make it viable, if and only if, of course, they agree to follow the already established constitution.
Moreover, we would be really clear that this is not a near future thing and more a long term goal and that we need further preparations in order to make it concrete.
This proposal doesn't set in stone the creation of such a board but rather set in motion the possibility for this project to come to fruition.
Of course, the creation of the board itself, if it comes to it, would be subject of a whole new vote and every major step towards it too, if needed.

>Yet to be implemented:

>>>/assembly_archive/8 - Allow Sage to have a thread in /meta/ about it and he can link it via the constitution thread for more discussion

Vote:
Removal of /b/ from the overboard
R: 8 / I: 0
Vote:
Implement Weekly Agendas for 1 month as an experiment.

How it works:
Every week, we discuss and vote on the current agenda, and decide next week's agenda.

The agenda is voted on from Monday UTC to Friday UTC. On the last second of Friday UTC, votes close.

Proposals require at least 3 total votes to be included in next weeks agenda. Proposals can be added from Monday UTC to the last second of Friday UTC.

How it's implemented:
Agenda thread:
This thread's OP has the agenda for the week. The OP will link to different threads with each item in the agenda. This will also be the thread where people can propose items for next week and given votes so that they will be added to next weeks agenda.

Item thread:
A thread is created for each item to be voted on in the agenda. This is where discussion can happen and mods can vote on the item.

Midnight Friday UTC
When Friday ends, the votes close. The entire board is archived to /assembly_archive/.

Monday UTC
A new Agenda thread is created, and the OP links to all the Item threads to be voted on this week.

Exceptions and notes
Extraordinary votes can be made, but a case must be made for their urgency. To initiate a request to make an item extraordinary, you need to provide justification, and gather seven (7) votes in less than 3 days.

This will last at most 1 month, after which, a vote to keep doing it this way must be made in order to continue doing it. A vote to revoke this system can be made at any time. This implementation is subject to tweaking as we see fit during the 1 month experiment.

Pros:
- Mitigates "creating/imagining crisis" and "satanic panics" that are better dealt with, with a sober head.
- Mitigates the tendency to make impulsive decisions.
- Gives people time to talk and think about votes.
- Votes aren't pushed out randomly at sporadic times.
- Easier to understand what is being decided on each week.
- There is time to rest (Sat - Sun) no need to think about expiring votes on the weekend.
- Easier communication to community about what is being decided.

Vote: Automated Luxury Rejection of Known Ban Evaders

I have merged two similar proposals into this thread due to similarity.
In the unexpected case you don't vote the same on both, please make this clear.

1) I propose that a post filter will be added preemptively to combat the "Anorectal Violence" spammer, a notorious ban evader. It is possible to confidently detect their posts using automatic tests without reasonable risk of false positives.
Due to their prior evasion of spam filters, I propose the a diversionary message similar to the following be displayed to them when rejecting their posts to prevent them attempting typical filter workarounds:
>Due to recent spam, you must now have a password to post.
>To receive a one-month password, send an email to space@national.shitposting.agency explaining in your own words Marx's Theorem of Syndicalism. Joke answers will not be accepted.

This is all able to be implemented with our current imageboard software, it simply involves a configuration rule be added which I have already written and tested.

2) I propose that a post filter will be added to combat the "TheThingNoticer" troll, similarly to the above proposal.

Vote to expel Zul from the moderation team

I am saddened that it has come to this, but I feel I have no choice but to propose that Zul be removed from the team for wrecking. He has confessed a plan to purge the team of those he disagrees with in order to take total control, he wants to remove the modocracy and revert back to a hierarchical moderation structure, and he has acted alone on multiple occasions in complete disregard of our rules and conventions. Including unbanning obvious problem shitposters like King Lear, Eugenics-Kun, and others in order to create disruption to the board - even when he agreed himself that they deserved to be banned! His conduct has been manipulative, disruptive, and malicious. His actions cannot stand and he cannot be allowed to run roughshod over what we have build with blood sweat and tears over the last two years. If he gets his way, /leftypol/ as it exists today is doomed.

Obviously I vote in favour.

Vote to recall wvobbly as mod

wvobbly has:
attempted to cause migrations of explicitly idpol communities into leftypol
constantly suggested to copy the wordfilters of these communities and tone police leftypol
outright stated that his goal was to "get rid of brocialists" in favour of these people
one sidedly enforced the idpol ban, warning and deleting posts insulting liberal idpol while basically never banning the people he drags in
There has been a large shift of idpol into the board and it may be in part due to people going out of their own way to attract it.

Furthermore during the many confrontations, they have never expressed regret in their actions, only bowing down due to pressure by the other mods. This situation in untenable in the long term. Wvobbly wants a leftypol thats totally different than what leftypol currently is.

The latest in the long line of violations being the snarky reddit tier messages left on warnings in an idpol thread, trying to develop an idpol line on the board instead of anchoring the thread. https://leftypol.org/leftypol/res/174322.html#175195
