No the votes were more than legal, they were agreed upon. There was a conference held with almost all the mods and after hours of deliberation there was a consensus around suspending wvobbly and not letting them mod idpol for three months. Terms that they ended up violating anyway.

This is just an attempt to overturn an already made decision. Nothing will ever get finished as long as we're stuck litigating the past over and over.
