Proposal: remove minimum character limit when making new threads

Proposal: Implement an additional overboard that would just contain the altboards (hobby,tech,edu,games,anime,music) excluding /b/, /leftypol/, and /meta/.

I don't see the point/motivation of removing it? It's only on /leftypol/ and /edu/, right? Maybe if more motivation was attached I'd support it.

The Agenda thread will be posted on /assembly/ on Monday. To minimize effort, I suggest:
The post on /meta/5 is identical to the OP that will be posted on Monday.
or
Make a post on /meta/5 that links to the agenda every Monday.

Also, you say "require", but who is enforcing this and who will be responsible for it? It's hard to implement. We try to post news anon's news every day and that is also surprisingly hard.

For these reasons, as the proposal stands now, I abstain from support to bring it to a vote.
