All the things you list are examples of companies leveraging the state to exploit the people. With no state power to artificially limit supply or competition the market becomes a democracy where people vote for the best goods with their money. And 1 million people with $1 each can outvote any millionaire. That's why the free market is so dangerous to the ruling class.
