I just checked thepiratebay for you and it looks like there are results for "FL studio", if you sort by date there's a recent torrent by user appdoze that might work.

I suspect your real question is

<you need a torrent client like transmission: https://transmissionbt.com/
<just open the app and go file -> open url and paste your magnet link into it and wait

Just make sure the tracker says that a torrent has seeders otherwise you'll wait forever.
