Where do the vast majority of people learn about society's romantic and sexual taboos? I have no idea.

For example, people know that incest is considered taboo because the babies are (apparently; I haven't looked into it) more likely to have disabilities and the gap in the power dynamic (which is apparently guaranteed/likely to exist) could (which I presume means 'is significantly likelier') lead to abuse. Where does anyone hear of this? Where does anyone hear that teacher-student relationships are unethical? As for pedophilia, I can understand having doubts that there is a way to obtain legitimate consent from a child, but where would anyone hear the full reasoning that there is certainly no way to do so? Do they spend their free time researching ways to get a child to consent to sex and then conclude all of them illegitimate? Do they research child brain development just to be sure that they cannot understand sex? Do they research the ways physical sex works and then conclude it will result in physical damage (this does not address sexual interactions which are not sex, like feeling up each other's bottoms)? As for me, I just thought it seems difficult to do so and didn't research it further because I don't want to have sex with children so there is no need for me to know. I find it ridiculous just how much sexual knowledge most people seem to have.

People who don't spend all of their mental calories on conscious thought develop intuitive mnemonics that are usually correct enough and keep them from becoming disgusting lardassed pedos like you

Like so many other things in life, osmosis. There are a lot of things that you're bound to know that you don't actually care about, just because you were exposed to those ideas. A big portion of who we are is what we're exposed to.

Memes, the DNA of the soul.
