To an extent it already has. Gaza and Yemen seem to be uniquely capable when it comes to swinging above their weight against occupation.
With that said - I don't know. Even if this occurs, and even if it occurs further, then it's not a desirable outcome, so I don't bank anything on Palestinians from Gaza being turned into supersoldiers by perpetual war and occupation. Whether it ends up that way or not, it's a bad outcome because what caused it was unjustifiable.
