Likewise, being amazing in bed will keep girls around. Being a challenge, since people often want what they feel they've earned or had to work for. Status is another obvious one, but I'd caution against simply trying to leverage money, unless you want women to treat you like an ATM. Future security can be something that women look for, but it's often balanced against other things.
