Red pill and mgtow are pretty distinct, though the overlap. MGTOW is really 'men sent their own way.' Early red pill stuff was pretty spot on but would be poopooed by social justice morality.

When I encountered stuff like this around 2008 onward, I was stocked and wrote it off as crazy misogyny. But through experience - i.e., positive experience of my own and friends in the years since, it's proved to be pretty spot on.
