If you're inhaling feces vapor it's full of shit particles. Everybody stinks because of these particles feeding microorganisms growing on the body. BO is bacterial flatulence. People tend to prefer people who smell like them and since diet plays a part it all comes back to shit, decay and bacterial growth with undigested bits in the mix. Everyone's shit stinks.
