When it comes to reactionary ideas, both were misogynists (Nietzsche switched between misogyny and feminism throughout his life) and Nietzsche, being a son of an aristocratic family, suggested that the Overmen should rule over others to nurture society, thus supporting aristocracy (although it can be argued that the Overmen are actually the class-conscious proletariat or that the Overmen are neither masters nor slaves but rather self-creating individuals).

Also, some of Nietzsche's ideas were interpreted in a very reactionary, racist way while being otherwise neutral, like his conception of the Overmen and the master and slave moralities or his conception of the world as conflicting wills to power. But that kinda requires you to be a racist warmonger in the first place to see his texts in a reactionary way regardless.
