https://www.latextemplates.com/cat/curricula-vitaeunzip it, edit the .tex file (it's a bit like editing html, shouldn't be too hard) and then make a pdf with the pdflatex command.
(You can edit .tex with any text editor, or Gummi will render the document on one side for you)
