It's suprisingly subtle at times, if the occasional lengthy comments are anything to go by. Things develop at a nice pace. There's also the hilarious case of the original synopsis and first chapter bringing in the edgelord crowd.
It's by the same lady who made Mitsudomoe for those who know more. The anon translation schedule is supposed to be biweekly but the lockdown has sped things up. There's a lot of extra chapters by the author and people are trying to work out the timeline.
