I don't know if it's necessarily better, but let's say the 2011 Anime Adaption of Hunter X Hunter was more successful in pulling in new fans, than the Manga was

Utena and Ping Pong for sure. NHK is better than the manga but worse than the novel. Also Mob Psycho and Jujutsu Kaisen because the sakuga makes an otherwise boring story worth watching IMO

It depends. It's definitely far better once Togashi gets too lazy to draw, but they also rushed the first few arcs a tad too much
