Can this be Series become iconic?

I really enjoyed the Story and although the Open World Mechanics were really not perfect, I think Sucker Punch did good for their first major Game as a Studio.

Also the Cinematic Elements of this game are just kino. The game let's you choose to play in Kurosawa Mode if you want, so we already know who this Game is partially dedicated to

It's one of the most beautifully executed and self-indulgent games I've ever played. I use the word self indulgence in the best sense possible. For normal people, this is your run of the mill open world action game. But for anyone who at the very least thinks Japanese aesthetics, ninjas, samurai, etc are cool, even those that aren't even weebs, this game is like a dream come true. It puts you back to the feeling of playing with action figures as a child, except this time it's back in the form of a outrageously beautiful AAA multimillion dollar budget game. This is one of the perfect textbook games that show what happens when a game doesn't innovate, but instead does things that were already done in the most developed, beautiful and cool-oozing way possible. If you're a guy like me who enjoys over the top childish coolness, this game is endless fun.

It's a shame it doesn't get talked about as much here due to it's sorta bland story and tame mechanics (the combat is great though.) I'd rather leftypol discuss this game than Cyberpunk 2077 or TLOU II.

I get you. Cyberpunk settings are just very up to date with the modern leftist Struggle, that's why it gets discussed here.

Games like RDR2 and Ghost of Tsushima should be definitely more discussed here. The story also allows for some Class Analysis in a Feudal Society so there's that.

Good thing is that they plan a Sequel, so lets see where they are going with it

This. I never was the guy to play competitive, online or Strategy Games. All I needed was a Good Story, World and Customizable Characters to fully indulge in a Game. This makes this Game, RDR2, Breath of the Wild(somewhat) perfect for players like me

Good game but too easy. One you finished all the side content you can squash the final boss like a bug.

Understandable, because you kill a lot of Mongolians throughout this game…
