So does the right, but, the left has many that create extreme weaknesses. I say this is the best way possible but genetic differences are a reality among different races of people. Cultural identity as well is insular and tightly woven through societies. Many times these societies clash in variuous ways. The left needs to actually accept white ppl. The left and minorities as well don't need to get over it, per se; They need to stop antagonizing whites and accept whites for who we are. If you desire a world built by the unification of class then cultural identity must be respected, for everyone.
