I'm going to make pork back ribs for the first time.

Cut the racks in half so they fit in the pot, korean bbq marinade and blended onion as the marinade going in.

Not sure how long I want to marinade them for, I probably have about 4 hours until I have to cook them or leave it overnight. I'm going to first cook them in a slow cooker and finish in the oven.

I should have just marinated them in the slow cooker, I just realized.

This is after 4 hours in the slow cooker on high. I'm gonna sauce them up and put them in the oven.

Came out gud. I wasn't sure about the slow cooker at first, it did nothing for the first hour. It gets hotter and hotter though. Broil caramelizes the glaze/sauce. I might make this again while the ribs are on sale.
