In Jordan, they talked about Al-Azraq airbase, where they used 12 ballistic missiles against American fighter jets stationed there and waiting to launch an action against Iran, and those aircraft, as the IRGC statement says, include F-15s, F-16s and F-35s.
The statement says that many of those fighter jets have been destroyed at that military airbase in Jordan. They also talked about attacking two airbases in Kuwait, and one in Bahrain.
The site of the US Fifth Fleet has been the target of some of the attacks by the IRGC, and they are talking about a wide range of damage and the powerful impact of those strikes, in which ballistic missiles and drones were used.
These strikes were in response to the attacks that were initiated by US forces against Tehran in one or two waves during the night.

So tonight’s wave of attacks has become a sort of surprise to international public opinion.
But Iranians, in particular, said… they haven’t been surprised.
They have been waiting and expecting a surprise American attack, particularly when there is talk about negotiations, and even though the Americans are the ones pushing for more negotiations and the immediate signing of a peace deal between the two countries.
Fire breaks out on tanker off Omani coast, UKMTO saysA tanker experienced a fire in the engine room 21 nautical miles (39km) northeast of Oman’s Sohar, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations agency cites local authorities as saying.
No environmental impact has been reported, UKMTO added. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
Iran says US projectile hit Iranian cargo barge off Oman, crew rescuedAn Iranian cargo barge was hit by a US projectile in the Gulf of Oman early on Thursday, the Iranian governor of Sirik county said, according to Mehr news agency.
The 150-ton cargo barge, owned by locals from Sirik and carrying essential goods from the Omani port of Khasab, was hit about 5 nautical miles off Khasab, Reza Shahidian, Governor of Sirik, said.
He added that all five crew members were rescued by passing vessels and taken to Oman.
At the same time, in a post on X, the Indian embassy in Oman said it had learned of an incident involving a vessel off Shinas port of Oman.
“We are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with the local authorities for further details,” the embassy wrote.

US CENTCOM said it carried out a “precision” strike on the Settebello, as it transited the Gulf of Oman, claiming it was carrying Iranian oil and that the crew failed to comply with instructions from US forces.

Water services were restored to homes in the city of Kohstak and villages in the Bamani district in Hormozgan’s Sirik county in less than 12 hours, ISNA reports.
Iran’s West Asia News Agency (WANA) reported that two concrete water storage reservoirs were damaged in the US attacks.
A New York Times analysis found that the US may have hit the tanks with precision-guided munitions.

Activities were also in the central Isfahan area and west of Tehran. Karaj has been hit twice in the second wave, actually, which was less than two hours ago.
Two explosions were reported in Karaj, west of Tehran.
So it was a continuous string of attacks across the country in two or three phases.
But for the last hour or so, we haven’t heard of any more explosions or activities of air defence on the Iranian side, which might indicate an end to this American campaign.
IRGC commander says US ‘audacity’ will be met with ‘hell’The IRGC’s Aerospace Force chief, Majid Mousavi, has commented on the latest US attacks, according to Iran’s Tasnim news agency, promising “hell” in the region.
“Are you making the sacred Strait of Hormuz unsafe?! We will make the region hell for you from all over Iran,” Mousavi said, according to Tasnim.
“This is the response to the audacity of the Americans in the region, God willing,” he added.
