The supposed evidence connecting Tyler to it submitted by the FBI was never convincing - the "text" reads like a poorly written script someone whipped up without any knowledge of how people in that age group talk, or even any knowledge of how to write believable dialogue.

The fact that the FBI immediately attempted to make it about transhumanists and even the American right didn't buy it speaks really poorly to its credibility, and coincidentally the killing occurred shortly after Bill Ackman and others had threatened him at a meeting in the Hamptons, after which Kirk told friends that he feared for his life.

Tyler was absolutely framed, and there's zero reason to trust the US gov't narrative on this.
