Plan Verde implemented mass forced sterilization of indigenous Peruvians in a US-backed ethnic cleansing campaign, and who was removed from office for corruption and crimes against humanity, and who was eventually imprisoned… had a daughter named Keiko Fujimori, who recently was elected to be President of Peru with US backing and by an overwhelming margin of votes cast from Miami by "Peruvians" who don't actually live in Peru.
