Initially, I dismissed the (very rare) speculation I've occasionally seen that the recent earthquake in Venezuela may have been caused by an American seismic weapon offhand. The more I learn, though, the less unlikely it seems.

Firstly, I assumed that people simply couldn't create earthquakes through tectonic meddling, but this assumption was just flatly wrong - people already create earthquakes, including accidentally through processes like fracking. I presumed that something like this would be too much trouble, require too high of technology… but it really would not. Big drills and explosives or injection (or removal) of fluid underground could do it, and this is before we speculate about any more advanced experimental or secret technology which might streamline such a process. Once I realized that it was not only possible, but wouldn't even require an unknown technology, this immediately reduced my skepticism considerably because I cannot possibly make an argument that the U.S., if capable of doing such a thing, would refrain from doing it.

Then, today, I learned that in 2010, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez actually claimed that an earthquake in Haiti had been caused by the U.S. testing such a weapon. While Venezuelan media reportedly speculated that this weapon may have been HAARP, I find that incredibly unlikely, as HAARP, as far as I know, is an atmospheric device with no relation to the tectonic plates. It's much more likely that such a weapon (or tactic), if tested on Haiti, would have involved deep sea drilling (or possibly deep earth drilling), and possibly detonations, and so the thing to look for would be U.S. Naval/military engineering operations in or near Haiti during that time in my opinion.

That Hugo Chavez was apparently the one to make this accusation does nothing to dissuade the suspicion that there was an unnatural component in the recent devastating earthquake in Venezuela. When looking for some circumstantial evidence which could potentially support the hypothesis that an unknown tectonic tactic/weapon based on known tectonic science was used against Venezuela, the sheer amount of time that the U.S. Navy spent lurking in the Caribbean is noteworthy, as is the seemingly random series of airstrikes launched by the U.S. military against small boats traveling the water in this region, often fishing boats or migrants not destined for the U.S., under the extremely flimsy pretext that these were all "drug boats." This continued even after President Maduro and his wife were abducted from Caracas. While it's not unreasonable to presume that Marco Rubio, whose family trafficks cocaine, was simply using his position as Secretary of State to perform paranoid, misdirected mob-like hits as part of his family's gang war, it's also possible that this regional "kill zone"-like policy was actually designed to eliminate potential witnesses to some sort of operation the Navy was busy setting up in the Caribbean at that time, besides the most obvious one (the abduction operation).

Before I knew it was well within the realm of possibility, it seemed too easy, and too convenient, to claim that this earthquake, which couldn't have occurred at a worse time for Venezuela or a more opportune time for the U.S. and "Israel," was somehow manufactured. You know, the U.S. is already evil enough - why blame an earthquake on them, that just seems like a stretch, or it did before I knew what I know now. The U.S. used the aftermath of the earthquake to move troops onto the ground in Caracas under the guise of aid (a thing they attempted to do with USAID for years, but failed to do), and, for "Israel," it has allowed an IOF ground presence in Venezuela and the first Venezuelan collaboration with zionists since Chavez cut off relations with "Israel" in 2009, with the IOF being allowed to carry out demolition operations in Venezuela. These very same militaries had, prior to the earthquake, carried out military and espionage operations against Venezuela, and, after the earthquake, immediately used it as a pretext to launch covert ground occupations of the country which they had desired for decades. Together with everything else, I don't blame people for seeing this and being suspicious - the only thing left is establishment that the U.S. used such a tactic, which is difficult to do perhaps in part because the U.S. was so busy eliminating potential witnesses.

Obviously, not very much hinges on this being accurate today, unless it is used again. I don't rest any assessment on the ethical or moral character of the U.S. and zionism on whether or not the American military has an earthquake machine - I already know that if they did, based on everything else the U.S. MIC does, they would be happy to use such a device. Their evil character is revealed by everything which they are well-documented to have done. With that said, though, I no longer rule out that they may also have done this.
