Yaqoub Abu Al-Muna was arrested following media statements in which he demanded accountability for officials responsible for the assassination of his son by PA security forces on March 10, 2025.

The committee states that instead of holding those involved accountable, the father is being detained, pressured, and subjected to extortion to force him to waive his demand for justice.

The committee demands the immediate release of Yaqoub Abu Al-Muna, the cessation of all forms of pressure against him, and calls on human rights institutions to pressure the PA security forces to halt all political persecutions and arrests.

I'm not going to elaborate on that, but I'm not afraid of any of this shit. That's not a boast; I have nothing to boast about. I have no money, and so I am limited in my capabilities for this reason and this reason alone - but at no point have I felt the fear that others in this country do for loss of things which are sad and superficial. I have no hesitation to take any necessary action, and if any prying eyes bore witness to it, then somewhere there is knowledge of this tendency of mine. I doubt it, though. My secrets will die with me; but many more people will die before my secrets, and those who fear their secret bravery being discovered and exposed will die long before their secrets die.

This could all end very easily. It's sloth and organizational fear which are really failing the momentum. That is, the orgs in America are all interested in self-preservation - they fear being banned, becoming outlaws. So they march and shout, and are condemned nevertheless, are treated as bogeymen by the US media, are vilified by politicians. None would make even a calculated move, but I can assure you that these organizations, more directly than an organic fear of the US gov't, are playing their part in keeping the opposition in check, even as they defy the duopoly. I don't fully begrudge them, but it's important to recognize that this is part of the problem and that solutions have to come from much smaller organizational structures. I guarantee you that there are people who march, tens of thousands of them, who are waiting for the sabotage, the retaliation, the people's war. They are being failed today, and could be failed for another thousand years, by hesitant movement leaders who are wasting momentum.

There are endless excuses, and I don't buy any of them. For many, society has already broken down. If you look around America, it's evident all over the place, but there's a big problem with people, a lot of them otherwise very reasonable Marxists, waiting for society to break down so conditions will be ripe for revolution, and missing great opportunities, shirking responsibilities to all those who have already witnessed society's collapse because they have become convinced that America will only revolt when 100% of the population has seen it. An army of millions could be only a fraction of the US population; but operating in the shadows, picking small battles which it can win to help defeat the empire, would be an extremely effective strategy which the American state could not realistically combat.

But, with the exception of a few loosely affiliated small actionist groups (now fewer than before), there hasn't been that much of that.

Achievements.
Simple material goals, small, local organization which utilizes the unemployed and gig workers to get the word around, arming, taking action without compromise or concern. Publicizing only sparsely outside of the local area. No defensives unless capable of forcing the state to capitulate; if someone is arrested on bullshit charges, no protests, no asking unless we are prepared to command. A victory we haven't won is not a victory, and so we have to be ready to win, and when we operate under this mindset then we will be able to move those who seek retribution to our ranks, and our ranks will swell faster than they can be infiltrated.

A lot of activist organizations sadly adopt the non-profit model which guarantees that a class of PMC non-profit parasites will rise to the top and impose their own class interests on decision making.  A proper dues-membership structure ensures democratic accountability from the base by having them put skin in the game.  As far as governing goes, this means member voting on major decisions, and day-to-day decision making by a board of members selected through random lot.  By eliminating an oligarchy of professionals at the top, this makes an organization a) able to quickly respond to situations with the representative will of the base thanks to the Law of Large Numbers and b) makes an organization less prone to spook manipulation by not leaving positions of power open to saboteurs who hang around a long time and carefully game the system.  To defeat decision-making by an organization that governs through sortition, a saboteur effectively has to recruit so many individuals as to comprise a majority of the organization.

Palestinian Unions: Global Call for Worker Action Against Genocide this November

The Palestinian labor movement reiterates its solidarity with workers across the world resisting all forms of oppression and calls for global action to end complicity in Israel's ongoing genocide and apartheid from Friday, November 20th leading up to the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on Sunday, November 29th 2026.

This coming November, we the undersigned Palestinian trade unions and federations urgently renew our call to unions around the world to:

   Uphold and defend the inalienable rights of the Indigenous people of Palestine as stipulated in international law, particularly the right of our refugees to return home and receive reparations, and
   Escalate BDS pressure to end all state, corporate and institutional complicity in Israel's illegal occupation, apartheid and genocide.

While approaching the third anniversary of the beginning of Israel's ongoing genocide in Gaza and the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, and in light of Israel's accelerating ethnic cleansing, annexation, settler violence and pogroms in the West Bank, and depraved violent repression of our prisoners, we remind ourselves that an injury to one is an injury to all. Israel's livestreamed genocide, coupled with the wars and threats of aggression by its imperialist partners in Washington, is leading to the collapse of respect for international law, human rights and workers' rights, threatening humanity at large, not just Palestinians.

Today, the Palestinian struggle for justice is at the heart of the battle against a world order of "might makes right" that is being imposed by the U.S-Israel genocidal axis and enabled by colonial powers. As Israel's wars of aggression against the peoples of the region expand from Lebanon to Syria and from Yemen to Iran, and as the US threatens the peoples of Cuba, Greenland, Venezuela, Oman, among others, it is clear that hardly anyone is safe from this descent to the abyss.

The Israel-US axis is waging its war for Greater Israel without any consideration for the global recession (maybe even depression) it is potentially creating and its impacts globally. This includes the exacerbation of the cost of living crisis, austerity measures, the housing crisis, food insecurity, among others. Military budgets are swelling at the cost of health, housing and education. The first to feel the brunt of all this are working people and their families. The demands for affordability, fair wages, more and better social services, and lower living costs are organically connected to the calls for an end to astronomical military spending, vicious privatisation, and global complicity in Israeli crimes. This affects us all and therefore should unite us all. Where states fail to uphold international law and end their own complicity, workers and their unions must take the lead in acting to end this complicity!

Our struggle for justice in Palestine is inseparable from the global struggle against systemic racism, exploitation, climate devastation and all forms of oppression.

It is the duty of unions to ensure that the workers they represent-whether in ports, on ships, in businesses, or in government offices-are not involved, often without their knowledge and/or consent, in actions that involve complicity in atrocity crimes anywhere, including Israel's war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against our people.

The 2024 decisions of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) - that Israel is plausibly committing genocide, that its occupation is illegal, and its policies amount to apartheid - make ending all complicity in Israel's crimes not only a moral but also a legal obligation. States, institutions (including unions) and corporations must impose targeted, lawful sanctions on Israel. We call on all union bodies and civil society organisations worldwide to organise, uplift and turn solidarity into concrete strategic action across the ten days leading up to the international day of solidarity with the Palestinian people from November 20th to November 29th 2026.

We, the undersigned Palestinian trade unions, call on workers and unions around the world to escalate their support for our liberation struggle by:

   Organising, joining and amplifying global peaceful actions to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People from Friday 20th to Sunday 29th November.
   
   Adopting ethical procurement policies (EPP) and, where applicable, ethical investment policies (EIP) that exclude corporations implicated in grave human rights violations anywhere, including in Palestine.
   
   Pressuring corporations and institutions they work in to end any complicity through ending contracts that directly or indirectly support Israel's atrocity crimes, and adopting EPP and/or EIP.
   
   Rejecting any racist agreement with Israel that facilitates the substitution and further oppression of Palestinian workers.
   
   Escalating economic, academic, cultural, and sports BDS campaigns.
   
   Peacefully disrupting and blocking the transfer of military, energy and other dual-use supplies to Israel, by:
       Participating in actions to identify and stop the illegal transfer by sea, land or air, including by pressuring states to enforce international obligations in relation to such shipments, and by pressuring complicit corporate actors.  
       Refusing to handle Israeli or Israeli-bound military supplies, energy and other dual-use cargo.
       
   Pressuring your governments to uphold their legal obligations following the ICJ rulings of 2024, as stated by UN human rights experts, by, at a minimum, imposing "a full arms embargo on Israel, halting all arms agreements, imports, exports and transfers, including of dual-use items that could be used against the Palestinian population under occupation," as well as canceling or suspending "economic relationships, trade agreements and academic relations with Israel that may contribute to its unlawful presence and apartheid regime in the occupied Palestinian territory."
   
   Cutting all ties with Israel's colonial Histadrut federation and expelling it and all similarly complicit Israeli unions and associations (academic, medical, etc.) from all international fora.
   
   Declaring your union an Apartheid-Free Zone (AFZ) to end corporate and institutional complicity with systems of oppression, particularly Israel's regime of apartheid and genocide against the Palestinian people.

Sameer Project, September 13th, 2026 - A bombing right next to The Sameer Project bus injuring passengers and our team!

A short while ago, the Israeli occupation forces targeted a car that was passing directly alongside one of the buses operated by The Sameer Project in the Carrefour area of the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City. The strike killed two people in the targeted car, whose bodies were torn to pieces. Several others were also injured, including members of The Sameer Project team and passengers on the bus, some of whom are in critical condition.

The bus was mostly carrying passengers going to work this morning, September 13, from Gaza City to Nuwairi (Central Gaza). Unfortunately, the strike today was right next to the bus causing several injuries.

We pray for the two martyrs and for the recovery of those injured. It is reported that the driver of The Sameer Project bus is the most severe injury so please pray for his recovery ❤️‍🩹

I don't begrudge the flotilla people, but they should arm. Like, they have to face the fact that they need to prepare to resist. Every excuse not to has just been fucking stupid - they absolutely could smuggle arms on board those boats if they wanted. It absolutely won't save them if they go peacefully, that will make no difference. Even going unarmed, they could easily be killed by the IOF like the members of that Turkish Freedom Flotilla boat years ago, and if they aren't prepared to die then they shouldn't be going.

Peaceful means have never, to my knowledge, been more repudiated than they are today. At the start of all this, I thought there could be a peaceful reconciliation, but there can't, I thought we needed to exhaust all pacifist means and all kindness before going to harsher means, and now I see these people sailing totally unprotected into the same abduction and torture and slander, achieving nothing, and it pisses me off. In fact, I even look back at myself and I know, because I've learned, that I was extremely naive and that I should have moved faster myself. These people have no excuse to not escalate, none at all - and they have resources that most people couldn't dream of!
Boats! Organization! I wish I had a boat! I wish I had an organized team! It wouldn't even take a boat to shut down a few factories which make those weapons "israel" uses on these peoples' boats when it attacks the flotillas with drones. It would actually be much cheaper, I think.

Malaysia Said to Seize Another Three Containers Bound for Israel

Authorities in Malaysia have seized several more Israel-bound shipments at one of the country's biggest ports, according to people familiar with the matter, an apparently new level of scrutiny in a nation where anti-Israeli sentiment runs high.
Three containers bound for Ashdod Port south of Tel Aviv were detained at Malaysia's Tanjung Pelepas port in mid-August and to date have not been released as authorities investigate their contents, the people familiar with the matter said, asking not to be identified because they're not authorized to speak publicly.
The seizures follow an initial detainment of another container on Aug. 7 that originally came from the Philippines and that was suspected by the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency of containing weapons because it was headed to Elbit Systems Ltd., an Israeli defense technology firm, according a statement from the agency at the time. Tracking data from Hapag-Lloyd AG, the container line carrying the cargo, show the shipment still at Tanjung Pelepas.
The other three seizures happened on Aug. 19, the people said. Those containers housed electric bike parts that were being shipped from a Chinese manufacturer, Chongqing Mobimax Technology Co., according manifests seen by Bloomberg News. Tracking data from the liner carrying those cargoes, A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S, also show them still at the busy transshipment port almost a month later.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, commenting on the Aug. 7 seizure, said the Southeast Asian nation would not be a conduit to trade flows that can support or contribute to "the cruelty of the Israeli regime." Malaysia doesn't have diplomatic or trade relations with Israel, reflecting its longstanding position on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and therefore prohibits imports from and exports to Israel under its customs legislation.
The legislation however excludes transit goods. Representatives for Anwar's office didn't respond to a request for comment.
A spokesperson from the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency said the matter is currently under investigation and the agency was unable to comment further. The Royal Malaysian Customs Department, whose legislation the agency uses to conduct enforcement at ports, declined to comment.
The Johor Port Authority, which oversees ports in the Malaysian state, also said the matter is under review. Malaysia's Ministry of Transport didn't respond to a request for comment. Representatives for Elbit Systems declined to comment while Mobimax Technology didn't respond to a request for comment. Representatives for Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk declined to comment.
Pro-Palestinian sentiment has long been strong in Muslim-majority Malaysia and intensified after the Gaza war began in October 2023, driving widespread public protests and consumer boycotts. Anwar, who has been a vocal Israel critic, in December of that year banned Israeli shipping company ZIM Integrated Shipping Services from using Malaysian ports.
More recently, authorities in July this year shuttered crypto investor Balaji Serinivasan's startup academy, the Johor-based Network School, following an investigation triggered by claims that Israeli students were studying at the tech commune in breach of Malaysian immigration rules. Malaysia also has no diplomatic ties with Israel and passport holders are banned from entering without permission.
The Port of Tanjung Pelepas is located near the Strait of Malacca, one of the world's busiest shipping lanes. It's Malaysia's second-biggest port but its largest in terms of transshipment volumes, which account for around 90% of the cargo it handles.

The bus was clearly identified as an MSF vehicle, with a large MSF sticker visible on its roof. Once again, Israeli forces have shown a blatant disregard for the safety of humanitarian and medical personnel.

Nowhere is safe in Gaza. Civilians, healthcare workers and humanitarian staff must be protected. Clearly marked medical and humanitarian vehicles must be spared from attacks.

However, even if you aren't near one of these factories specifically listed here, complicit munitions companies also have offices and logistics hubs around the United States which can be sabotaged. Hurting these companies in general is beneficial.

It's also good to figure out which ports are shipping these weapons, and to endeavor to block those. Parts also travel by rail, and figuring out where and when is valuable.

Documenting the locations of IOF members who live in the US is also good to do.
