I watched like 80 episodes and that's pretty much all that has happened. The fights are bad ass, some people say the animation is bad, it's okay in my opinion.

Ah, I mean, yeah, I have heard people excuse this, however, because back in the day a lot of "monster of the week" type shit was airing on television and it was really popular. So in the latest DBS Storyline there's a group of porkies who used to commission the Freiza Force and use their Saiyans to destroy a planet and it's residents and then clean things up and then sell it to the highest bidder for money

What is the real world equvialent for such a practice?

The Cerelians were genocided by the saiyans on the orders of Freiza who was paid by the Heeters
After they did it. They sold it to another people who were out of a home called the Sugarians

What would be the real world terms for all parties involved and which historical event most resembles this tale?

So much happening and I honestly don't notice the CGI being bad other than the city scene were everything is reflecting as fuck and too busy

The scene where pan is going super saiyan is indistinguishable from regular anime to me, can't even tell it's CGI

How is that different from any other streamer though? Most streamers are cute women or eboys, that is people you like to look at. If anything it lays the artificiality of the medium bare. Real streamers fake authenticity, but with vtubers, there is not pretense, it is just a character.
